2. On several occasions in the past when the case had been called out, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last occasion, i.e., 15.04.2025, no one had appeared to press the writ applications and that is why this Court had given an adjournment by way of last chance. Today again nobody has appeared to press the writ application.
