The petitioner seeks bail in Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., two unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, snatched the bag of informant containing cash of Rs. 56,410/-, one Tab, one mobile phone and other important documents.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation and the looted mobile phone has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.02.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
