Petitioners seek bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No.549 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 5 litres country made liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No.1 and 17 litres country made liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No.2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
