In compliance of the order dated 16.01.2024, the State has served the copy of the counter-affidavit to the learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it appears from Annexure-3 of the counter-affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and she has been appointed to the post of librarian at the District Munger. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.
