JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for restraining the respondents from constructing PACS Godown on the land of the petitioner appertaining to Survey Plot No.1464/2663, Khata No. 596, Thana No. 3, situated at Mouza Mohabbatpur, P.S. Shekhopur Sarai, District Sheikhpura, however, the learned counsel for the respondent State, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, has submitted that the PACS Godown is being constructed over Survey Plot No. 1484 and not over Survey Plot No. 1464.
