1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 266.4 litres of liquor from a motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner is not the owner of the seized vehicle but since he was passing from the area where search was being conducted by the informant, as such, he came to be implicated. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2026.
