JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that inadvertently, it has been recorded that he is a poor person for which a cost of Rs. 500/- will be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt will be filed in the office.

3. The present application has been preferred: for modification of the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy in Cr. Misc. No.83431 of 2025 to the extent that further time may kindly be extended for surrendering the petitioner before the learned court below as he could not surrender before the learned court below within stipulated period.

4. For the reasons assigned in the petition, the modification petition is allowed subject to payment of another Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee (totaling Rs. 1,000/-).

5. The period of surrender is extended by four weeks which is subject to the payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
