The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 773 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 414, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was instrumental in illegal transfer of amount from the account of the informant but there is no material to connect the petitioner for commission of crime.
