Petitioner seeks bail in Dehri Town (Dalmiya Nagar OP) P.S. Case No.135 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 8/20(b)(ii)(A) of the NDPS Act.

It is alleged that 80 grams Ganja kept in different Puriyas have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Rohtas,
