The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No.127 of 2019 for the offences under Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 3, 13 of Mahua Flower Act, 2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 100 Kg of Mahua Flower was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
