The present appeal is directed against the order dated 27.5.2020, passed by Additional Sessions Judge I cum Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (r) (s)/3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act, whereby anticipatory bail of the appellants in Durgawati Police Station Case No. 398/2018, has been rejected. In view of the allegation that these appellants assaulted the informant causing him fracture injury in his hand, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, instant appeal for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellants, is refused.
