2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of dowry death.
4. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and they have got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation.

5. Counsel for informant however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.
