Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 985 of 2015 dated 27.03.2019.

C.W.J.C. No. 985 of 2015 was decided by the Division Bench of this Court and the Resolution dated 31.08.2013 has been quashed and direction was issued to the respondents to grant the petitioners the same salary they were getting prior to the Resolution dated 31.08.2013.
