Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S.Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were on police bail and they have not misused the same.

In the said circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered keeping in view the fact that petitioners were earlier on police bail and they have not misused the same and to be disposed of on the same day, if possible. With the above observation, this application is disposed of. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
