The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, three accused persons robbed the informant of his belonging on the point of fire arm. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R was registered against three unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the statement of coaccused Aditya Kumar Thakur before the police. The said Aditya Kumar Thakur has himself been enlarged on bail vide order dated 17.9.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 37195 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 19.2.2021 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40828 of 2021(4) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case specially the grant of bail to coaccused Aditya Kumar Thakur on whose confessional statement before the police the name of the petitioner transpired, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case no. 23 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XV, Vaishali at Hajipur.
