2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 11/2024 arising out of Rail P.S. Saharsa (Banmankhi) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023 G.R. ® No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21139 of 2024(4) dt.01-07-2024 2/3 91 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the father of the deceased has lodged the FIR with allegation that his son (deceased) Gulsagar Rishideo was married to petitioner Priti Devi (in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33237 of 2024) daughter of Raju Rishideo @ Domi Rishideo. The informant came to know about the marriage after 5-6 months. The deceased was living his Sasural and the quarrel used to occur between the husband and wife as the wife was not willing to reside in her matrimonial house, to which, the deceased was insisting. The dead body of the deceased was found lying at the railway track.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that except confessional statement of the petitioners, there is nothing in the entire case diary.
5. The petitioner Priti Kumari (in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33237 of 2024) and the petitioner, Pankaj Kumar (in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21139 of 2024), have rendered their confessional statements and both of them confessed that they developed love and affection, with each other, when they were performing the work of labourer in the same mill, they hatched conspiracy to kill the deceased so that

It has been detected during investigation that when Ramesh Singh, the Chairman, Nagar Panchayat got the information about the occurrence, a meeting of ward members was convened. In that meeting, Priti Kumari and her parents, who are also accused in this case were called and Priti Kumari admitted that she had love and affection with the petitioner Pankaj Kumar and they killed the deceased.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstance, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, which is hereby rejected.
