2. Hard copy of counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University is directed to be kept on record.

3. Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank inform this Court that the certificate, duly

Patna High Court CWJC No.7577 of 2023(3) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 filled form received with one rupee stamp, no objection from legal heirs, first page of copy of pass book, aadhar card and pan card of deceased and cheque of nominee namely Lalit Kumar Jha has been submitted.

4. The Bank is satisfied with the legal requirements and the petitioner will be paid entire amount of Rs. 13,11,928/- by tomorrow.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is satisfied by the steps taken by the University and the Bank cooperation.

6. Considering the fact that the steps have already been taken by the University as well as the Bank, this Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner has been almost redressed. The dues amounts are required to be transferred and credited into the account of the petitioner by the University amounting Rs. 13,11,928/- is to be transferred into the account of petitioner by tomorrow.
