Patna High Court MJC No.1596 of 2025(2) dt.12-05-2025 2/3 12-05-2025 A prayer has been made for modification of paragraph 6 of the order dated 02.04.2025 passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 1160 of 2024 (Bholi Devi Vs. The North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. & Ors.).

2. Vide paragraph 6 of the order, referred to above, this Court had directed that "it would be open for the appellant to approach the C.G.R.F. within a period of six weeks, to be counted from the date of passing of the order, which shall be entertained by the C.G.R.F. and necessary orders in accordance with law shall be passed".

3. Ms. Abhilasha Jha, the learned Advocate for the appellant submits that it was not in the knowledge of the learned Advocate for the appellant, on the day when the order was passed, that the C.G.R.F. had already been approached for the needful.

4. We modify paragraph 6 of the order dated 02.04.2025, referred to above, to the extent that it would be read as :

"6. It would be open for the appellant to
