2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.
3. As per prosecution case, 4 litres illicit country made liquor was recovered from the hut of the petitioner .
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no c oncern with the alleged recovery and the hut in question does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner and submits that petitioner has got six criminal antecedents of similar nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025.
