2.The accused/petitioner is named in complaint petition and apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2476 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 498A, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

3. As per complaint, the petitioner alongwith family members committed cruelty upon complainant, whereafter inquiry learned trial court took cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 498A of IPC against accused persons including petitioner who is husband.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29456 of 2025(6) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 behalf of the petitioner that matter now compromised between the parties.

5. It is submitted that in support of compromise supplementary affidavit dated 12.11.2025 is already filed, which now available on record.

6. Factum of compromise also confirmed by learned counsel for the informant.

7. Considering aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as matter appears compromised between the parties, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Purnea concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 2476 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482(2) of BNSS.
