The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 511 of 2018 T.R. No. 3606 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 324, 313 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28873 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 the instant case, the Complaint Case is filed after lapse of five years of the alleged incident.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 511 of 2018 (Tr. No. 3606 of 2018), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
