The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that the informant gave his fardbeyan stating that petitioner has sustained fired arm injury. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student of engineering college. The injury shows simple in nature. There is a case of counter case. The co-accused namely Anar @ Anar Mian @Anwar Mian has already been granted regular bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30401 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15860 of 2019 dated 11.04.2019. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 555 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
