2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons and 3-4 unknown persons kidnapped the son of informant. Later on, the son of informant was recovered from the house of Jawahar Rai at Dhamaun.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the restatement of informant. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31375 of 2023(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 143 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
