31-10-2018 Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, learned senior counsel representing the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited, Patna has placed before this court Annexure-A to the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 1 to contend that in compliance of the order of the learned writ court the pay scale of the drivers in the revised scale have been determined. It is submitted that an exercise has been undertaken to recalculate the entire liability which will be evident from Annexure-A,

Patna High Court MJC No.283 of 2014 (9) dt.31-10-2018 such exercise is likely to be completed within a period of four months and thereafter the consequential payments will be made.

Learned senior counsel has also placed before this court a copy of the order dated 29.06.2018 passed in MJC No. 3143/2017 by Hon'ble Division Bench of this court.

Taking note of the aforesaid statements of learned senior counsel on behalf of the Bihar State Power Holding company Limited, Patna, this contempt application is dropped.

It is made clear that in case the necessary benefits are not given to the petitioner after the aforesaid exercise is done within the expected period, it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh contempt application. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Rajeev/- U
