The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault with lathi etc. for dispute between two villages. Petitioner is stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty
