Patna High Court L.P.A No.426 of 2024(6) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 Judge dated 22.03.2024 passed in CWJC No. 3717 of 2016. Learned Counsel for the appellant Mr. Wasi Akhtar submitted that learned Single Judge has committed an error on factual aspects of the matter. It is to be noted that learned Single Judge has rendered decision in an open Court in that event, the concerned Counsel who has appeared should have rectified the factual aspects of the matter when it was dictated. Be that as it may. Appellant's Counsel who had appeared in the writ petition is not the same Counsel in the present LPA. Therefore, we are not aware that what has been transpired on 22.03.2024 among the Bench and Bar in the present case.

2. In light of these facts and circumstances, the appellant has not made out a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to invoke Civil Review remedy, if he so advised. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, will stand disposed of.
