In this case, the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7073 of 2019 and this Court, vide order dated 12.3.2019, has rejected the same. Again a fresh bail petition has been filed by the petitioner repeating the prayer anticipatory bail, the same is again rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appointed by the district administration in connection with the general election which is going to complete on 12.05.2019.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, above named, up to 12.05.2019 but, in view of the undertaking given by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28779 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner will surrender on 16.5.2019, let the petitioner should surrender on 16.05.2019, in failure to do so, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj to arrest the petitioner.
