JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The learned counsel for the RespondentBihar Medical Services and Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (Respondents No. 5 to 8), Sri Rana Vikram Singh, Advocate submits that the tender in question has already been granted to the petitioner firm and a LOI in that regard has also been issued, thus the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri S. B. K. Manglam does not dispute the aforesaid position, as is existing on facts, however submits that the execution of the agreement is in progress. Having regard to the facts and circumstances

3/3 of the case, nothing survives for adjudication, hence the present writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
