This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Darbhanga Nagar P.S. Case No. 311 of 2013 dated 16.12.2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that this is a case of the year 2013 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months from today.
