2. Pursuant to order dated 04.07.2019, the Financial Advisor and the Finance Officer of J.P. University are also present and have filed their show cause.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the J.P. University submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and payments have been made to the petitioners.

4. The same is not controverted by learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. In view thereof, nothing further remains in the matter.

6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

7. However, before parting, the Court would only record its view on the conduct of the officers present today that if, in future, it is found that they do not cooperate with the Vice chancellor and the Registrar of the University in making payments, especially with regard to compliance of the orders of the Court, strict view shall be taken against them.

8. Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
