The instant writ application has been filed for relief(s), as stipulated in paragraph no.1 of the writ application, which reads as follows:-

1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the respondents to modify the cutoff date in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7920 of 2020(3) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 the Advertisement No. 04/2020 published by the Bihar Public Service Commission for the appointed of Civil Judge (Lower Division) from 01.08.2019 to 01.08.2020 (31st Bihar Judicial Service Competitive Exam) on the ground that all the formalities for recruitment for Civil judge shall be done after 01.08.2020 and several candidate like petitioner will be held in eligible from appearing in the aforesaid examination whereas the petitioner has got the degree of law in the year 2019 from National College of India in the session 20142019. (ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to fill up form for appearing in the competitive examination for the appointment of Civil Judge (Lower Division) in pursuant to the Advertisement No. 04 of 2020.

(iii) For other reliefs for which petitioner is found entitle in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to agitate the issue at appropriate time in appropriate proceeding. Permission is accorded.
