2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of Dabiya. It is also alleged that the petitioner took informant's gold chain and Rs. 3100/- cash.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that the dispute is purely of civil nature as on the land on which he was raising boundary wall has been purchased by the informant's father from the mother of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposing the prayer for bail submits that the petitioner hit the informant with Dabiya which is a sharp edged weapon due to which his little finger was cut which is grievous in nature.
6. Considering the nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023.
