Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 117 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of running sex racket in Bhagalpur and on road several ladies were apprehended and they disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. one lady has stated that with consent of her husband she has engaged in the business.

Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49003 of 2018 (2) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
