1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application for Issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus direction/order upon the concerned respondents for payment of sum of Rs. 12,32,363/- with interest to the petitioner by the respondent no. 2 in pursuant of the direction, passed in succession certificate No. 54 of 2018/ CIS No. 54/2018 dated 14.09.2022 passed by learned Sub-Judge- IXth, Gaya."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal
