The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harsidhi P.S. Case No.81 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

One Vikash Kumar was apprehended and he disclosed that two persons managed to flee away namely, Rupesh Kumar(the petitioner) and Chuman Kumar throwing the bottles of liquor.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apprehended person in order to save his skin named the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33680 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
