JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though there is allegation against the petitioner of commission of assault, the injury caused is simple in nature. Both the petitioner and the informant are own brother. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
