Petitioner challenges order dated 28.9.2018, passed by the respondent no.4 in Departmental proceeding no. 1/2015, by which petitioner has been dismissed from service. State counsel submits that the petitioner has the remedy of statutory appeal before the superior authorities. Writ application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of statutory appeal before the appropriate authority within four weeks which would be disposed of by a speaking order within further four months.
