2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 382 of 2023 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has shown trust in his wife (Opposite Party No.2) and the petitioner has denied any illicit relationship with any woman, outside of marriage. The petitioner is also ready to keep the wife (Opposite Party No.2) with him, with full dignity and honor.

Ms. Neetu Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 on instruction submitted that the Opposite Party No.2, who is the wife of the petitioner, is ready to live alongwith the petitioner, if the petitioner leaves the company of any other woman, who is enjoying the company of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of the parties, I find that the petitioner, who has shown trust in his wife and has denied that he has any illicit relationship with any woman, outside of marriage, I am of the opinion that petitioner has, prima facie, made out a case to be released on pre-arrest bail.
6. The learned District Court is directed to release the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned District Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
