In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The altercation and quarrel has been taken place between the petitioners and informant side. The petitioners are on police bail, having been stated in the body of the impugned order.

In such view of the matter, this application is not maintainable. However, if the petitioners surrender and have not
