The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

264 litres of IMFL has been recovered nearby boundary wall of the petitioner. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. One of the co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31467 of 2019.
