2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that considering the statement made in paragraph no. 16 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 3 to 6, the grievance of the petitioner, as prayed for in the writ petition, has been redressed. However, all the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13334 of 2012(8) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 admissible dues as a result of difference in pay scale is required to be made to the petitioners, who are legal heirs of deceased employee, namely, Late Ravi Shankar Mishra, in accordance with law.

3. The petitioner, if so desires, may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the remaining admissible dues.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
