Petitioner seeks bail in Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No.75 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the informant.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
