The short submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner's appeal against the order of punishment dated 27.10.2014 has not been forwarded by the Managing Director and under communication dated 11.03.2015, he has been communicated decision of the Managing Director not to forward his appeal to the Chairman of the Corporation. Since appeal of the petitioner has also been submitted directly to the Chairman of the Corporation, i e, respondent No 2 on 19.11.2014, this Court would observe that interest of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3760 of 2016(3) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 justice would be served if appeal of the petitioner is considered by the Chairman of the Corporation (respondent No 2) by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Let the consideration be done expeditiously without undue delay and preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
