The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No.190 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that at the instigation of the petitioner, co-accused Azimuddin inflicted injury in the stomach of the deceased from a sharp edged weapon, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
