The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 186, 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 283 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the prosecution case in short is that the informant along with police personnel on the tip off reached at the place of occurrence where 40-50 male and female were found blocking the road and were raising slogans against the administration as a result of which the traffic was blocked, it is next alleged that the protest was being made on account of kidnapping and murder of abducted person. No.30832 of 2022(2) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R, it would manifest that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and Karuna Nidhi Rai has been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 14.11.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26031 of 2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dumrao P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
