====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.02.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49415 of 2015, by the then another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Saran at Chapra, with certain conditions.

Earlier also, the petitioner had filed an application for modification of the aforesaid order vide Cr. Misc. No. 32499 of 2018 which was also dismissed by the then another Co-ordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52273 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Bench of this Court on 20.06.2018 which are as follows:- " This Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 02.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49415of 2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the grounds.

Finding no merit in this Criminal Miscellaneous the same is hereby dismissed."

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.02.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49415 of 2015, on the same ground and for the same relief. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I find no reason to interfere with the earlier order dated 20.06.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32499 of 2018.
