The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 1068 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that the victim, in her statement recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31086 of 2020(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 under section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she left her house according to her own sweet will and married with the petitioner Sonu Kumar in a temple and also wanted to live in her matrimonial house.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 1068 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
