2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with GRP Darbhanga P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the mobile of the informant was snatched by the petitioner and from his mobile, altogether Rs. 49,000/- was withdrawn from the UPI of this petitioner.
4. During the course of investigation, it has come that Rs. 45,000/- was withdrawn from the UPI of the petitioner.
5. After some submissions, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31753 of 2026(2) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount which is alleged to be withdrawn by him. He also submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 01.11.2025.
6. The learned APP for the State has appeared in this case through virtual mode and submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of eight cases.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 45,000/- to the informant within a month after getting out from judicial custody and at the time of submission of bail bond, he will deposit 50% of the said amount. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Samastipur in connection with GRP Darbhanga P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025.
