Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Science & Technology Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for engaging him on contractual basis or in any manner, or in the similar terms and conditions he was engaged from time to time and lastly vide Resolution No.1029 dated 19.01.2012.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so desire, may file a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance before Principal Secretary, Science & Technology Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, so that he may consider the plight of the petitioner, taking into consideration the mandate of Constitution, as contained in Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
