JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate Writ or Writs setting aside the order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the Collector-cum-Second Appellate Authority under provisions of Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Grievance Act") by which second appeal preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed and further respondent-authorities may be directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.18372 of 2017(3) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 remove the encroachment from the public land which is the only Path for the egress and ingress of the petitioner which has been illegally encroached by the respondent no. 6 and/or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
